  • Not at all. The techniques you learn are simple and safe, intended to help you to support your own wellbeing on a daily basis.

  • To get the most out of the course, please try to attend all sessions live. However, we know life happens! So each session will be recorded and available for you to watch for the remainder of the week.

  • Don’t worry! You’ll get recordings of all the exercises for you to use during the course and beyond.
