Join us for an hour of restorative breathwork and Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra - often referred to as yogic sleep - is an ancient technique and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
You will be guided into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, creating the space for deep rest and healing to take place.
No experience necessary.
